110 g macadamia nuts , dry roasted
125 g butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 1/2 cups flour
100 g white chocolate , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2.Dice the macadamia nuts roughly, ensuring the pieces are not too small.

5.Gradually fold in the flour followed by the chopped white chocolate and macadamia nuts.
6.Roll the cookie dough mixture into small balls, placing them onto a lined baking tray and gently flatten slightly with a fork.
7.Place the cookie tray in the preheated oven and bake for around 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool down on the tray for a few minutes before carefully transferring them onto a cooling rack to completely cool.
