1 package plain gelatin
1 bag frozen chopped onions
2 carrots
1 cup corn
3 tablespoons uncooked rice
1 cup egg noodles
2 small potatoes
12 cups water

Instructions

1.Begin by seasoning the stew meat with salt and pepper.
2.Heat up a large pot and add the seasoned stew meat. Sear the meat until browned and remove from pot.
3.Add pinto beans, chopped celery, chopped onions, sliced carrots, frozen corn, uncooked rice, and plain gelatin to the pot with 12 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
4.Add the browned stew meat back to the pot and let the stew simmer for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender.
5.One hour before the cooking time is over, add egg noodles and sliced potatoes to the pot.
6.Stir the pot occasionally and continue to cook for another hour, until the potatoes are soft. Serve hot!
