Ingredients

1/2 cup walnuts , toasted and chopped finely
80 g butter
150 g dark chocolate , chopped coarsely
3/4 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
1 egg , beaten lightly
1/3 cup plain flour
1/4 cup sour cream
3 packets Rolo chocolates

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180C. Grease 24 holes of 2 x 12 mini muffin pans.
2.Melt butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and egg. Stir in sifted flour and sour cream. Add walnuts; stir to combine.
3.Drop rounded teaspoons of mixture into muffin holes. Press a frozen Rolo into the centre of each. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked when tested.
4.Cool in pans for 5 minutes before turning out onto wire racks to cool.
5.Serve warm or at room temperature. For a firmer texture refrigerate them for an hour before serving.
