2/3 cup Wesson Oil
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour , sifted
1 egg yolk
3 drops cream or 3 drops milk

Instructions

1.Beat Wesson Oil and sugar until the mixture is creamy.
2.Add eggs, baking powder, vanilla or cinnamon, salt, and Sifted flour to the mixture. Mix well.
3.Make a well in the center and add three drops of cream or milk.
4.Form into small round balls and place in the greased baking sheet.
5.Brush the top of the cookies with egg yolk.
6.Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes or until lightly brown.
