These biscuits are made with simple ingredients including flour, butter, sugar, and baking powder, and are studded with whole cloves for a pop of flavor. These delicate biscuits are served as a sweet treat with tea or coffee, or as part of a larger spread for Eid celebrations.

Perfect to celebrate Eid al-Fitr with family and friends.

CONS

These cookies are high in saturated fat and should be consumed in moderation as a treat, not as a regular snack.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

While Ghorayebah cookies may not be the healthiest snack, the use of ghee (clarified butter) in these cookies can provide a source of healthy fats and vitamins. It is important to note that the use of ghee as a dietary fat should be balanced with overall calorie intake from other sources.
