Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C).

5.Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Brush the top of each cookie with egg white. Press half a pecan onto the top of each cookie.
6.Bake for 14-16 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
7.For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies and sprinkle chopped pistachio nuts over the top.
