Ingredients

25 g fresh yeast
1/4 liter lukewarm milk
375 g flour
60 g butter
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1 kg onion , peeled and cut into rings
150 g raw bacon , diced
500 g creme fraiche
4 eggs
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

1.Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add sugar. Add flour, egg, salt, and butter and knead into a smooth dough.
2.Grease a 10-inch (26cm) diameter springform pan and roll out the dough.
3.Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan. Add onions and fry until they are soft and translucent.
4.Preheat oven to 200°C.
5.Mix crème fraiche, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg and mix with the onions and bacon.
6.Pour the mixture onto the dough and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before removing from the pan and serving. Enjoy!
