Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 370°F (190°C)
2.Spread a generous amount of butter on one side of each bread slice and place them butter side down in a baking dish.
3.Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and crispy. Then remove it from the baking dish and set it aside.
4.Heat up the chicken stock in a pot until it is boiling. Then, lower the heat and let it simmer.
5.Poach the eggs one by one.
6.To serve, place a slice of toasted bread on the bottom of each bowl. Pour the heated chicken stock over the toast, making sure it is fully covered. Top each bowl with a poached egg, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a pat of butter on top. Serve immediately.
