7/8 cup buttermilk ( or 3 tablespoons dry buttermilk powder and 7/8 cups water )
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons molasses
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds , raw
3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions
