2 zucchini , or more to taste

Instructions

1.Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add coconut oil.

5.Cook for about 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded.

7.Lay out two straws forming a cross, and place one slice of zucchini on top of each straw.
