Ingredients

3 large zucchini
3 tablespoons bengal gram flour ( besan )
salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon carom seeds ( ajwain , bishop 's weed )
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

1.Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
2.In a mixing bowl add bengal gram flour ( besan ), salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, cumin seed, carom seeds ( ajwain , bishop 's weed ). Mix well.
3.Add sliced zucchini and coat it well with the flour mix.
4.Heat oil in a pan and add the coated zucchini.
5.Stir fry on medium-high heat until golden and crisp.
6.Serve hot with any Indian bread or Rice.
