Ingredients

2 medium zucchini
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion ( vidalia or maui are best ! )
1 teaspoon dried mixed spice ( garlic powder , oregano , basil , black pepper , and thyme )
3/4 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions
