Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
2.Cut off the tops and bottoms of the tomatoes, then slice them in half inch thickness

4.On a baking sheet, arrange the sliced zucchini into stacks, alternating each layer with a smeared pesto sauce, salt, and pepper
5.Place the prepared tomato stacks on top of the zucchini stacks. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top
6.Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes
