4 zucchini

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

5.Drizzle 1/3 cup bechamel sauce over the zucchini.

8.Layer the remaining zucchini slices over the cheese.

11.Sprinkle 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese over the bechamel sauce.
12.Sprinkle 1/3 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese over the mozzarella cheese.
13.Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchini is tender.
