2 red bell peppers , seeded cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
4 garlic cloves , minced
1 piece ginger , minced
cooked rice , for serving

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together chicken stock, dry sherry, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, toasted sesame oil, and sugar. Set aside.

5.Add the pork back to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients, about 1-2 minutes.
6.Serve over cooked rice.
