2 1/2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon vinegar ( white , balsamic your choice )
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
3/4 lb boneless beef cube
vegetables , of choice ( grape tomatoes , peppers , zucchini , onion , mushroom . etc . )

Instructions

1.Mix marinade mix, water, vinegar, oil and Italian dressing in a small bowl.
2.Cut beef cube into pieces.
3.Alternately thread beef and vegetables onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before using).
4.Brush skewers with marinade mixture.
5.Grill over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is desired temperature, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining marinade mixture.
