Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

3.Spread out the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the florets are tender and lightly browned.
5.While the cauliflower is roasting, make the tahini sauce. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, and ground cumin. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
