1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped ( NOT dried )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.Season your chicken breasts with za'atar spice mix, salt, and black pepper.
3.Heat the skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil or grapeseed oil and brown chicken on each side until it turns golden brown.
4.Remove chicken from the skillet and put it on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
5.On the stove, bring to a boil white wine and chicken stock in a pot.
6.Add the israeli couscous to the pot and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes or until it's cooked throughout.
7.Add the toasted pine nuts, orange segments, orange juice, orange zest, cumin, remaining oil, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle it overcooked couscous
