2 medium tomatoes

3 re-hydrated red chilies , deseeded

bamboo skewer , soaked overnight in water
1 medium eggplant
2 sweet potatoes
1 medium zucchini
sesame oil
sea salt , to taste

Instructions

1.Cut the eggplant, sweet potatoes, and zucchini into 1/2-inch rounds.

3.Brush the veggies with vegetable oil on both sides. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
4.Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
