Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and sugar. Beat in egg, egg white, vegetable oil, milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3.Stir in thawed squash and mix well.
4.Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
