Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon yeast
2 cups white flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
4 medium hot cooked potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 medium onion , chopped in big pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
margarine , to brush over top
sour cream , to your liking

Instructions

1.Mix warm water, margarine, salt, powdered milk and yeast in a bowl.
2.Add white and whole wheat flour. Mix well.
3.Cover with a damp cloth and leave it aside for an hour.
4.In a separate bowl, mash hot cooked potatoes and add sour cream, salt and onion powder. Mix well.
5.In a pan, sauté chopped onions in oil until golden brown in color.
6.Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
7.Place the potato mixture onto the centre of each circle and top with sautéed onions.
8.Fold the circles over to form the pie shape and seal the edges.
9.Brush with margarine and bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
