Ingredients

1 ciabatta roll ( about 2 or 3 inches x4 inches )
2 tablespoons olive tapenade ( I 've used just kalamata or a mediterranean blend )
2 -4 slices prosciutto
2 slices provolone cheese ( I also use Brie )

Instructions

1.Cut the ciabatta roll in half and spread the olive tapenade on the bottom half.
2.Layer the prosciutto and provolone cheese on top of the tapenade.
3.Place the top half of the ciabatta roll on the sandwich and press down lightly.
4.If desired, wrap the sandwich with parchment paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
