4 serrano chilies , with seeds , roughly chopped
1/4 cup cilantro leaf , coarsely chopped
6 mint leaves , large & fresh , finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin , toasted & ground
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

1.Prepare your roma tomatoes, onion slices, and garlic cloves by pan-roasting until blistered, deeply browned and soft.
2.Combine the pan-roasted vegetables with roughly chopped serrano chilies, coarsely chopped cilantro leaves, and finely chopped fresh mint leaves.
3.Add toasted and ground cumin, water, and kosher salt, then mix well to blend all the ingredients together.
4.Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for at least an hour in order to let the flavors meld together.
