1 teaspoon lemon thyme leaves , fresh
1 can chow mein noodles

Instructions

1.Remove the meat from the roasted deli chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2.Cut the green onions, including tops, into small pieces and add to a mixing bowl.
3.Add the sliced water chestnuts, sesame seeds, and pimientos/roasted red peppers to the mixing bowl.
4.Add the mayonnaise and lemon thyme leaves to the mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
5.Add the chicken bite-sized pieces to the mixing bowl and continue to mix until all ingredients have been coated evenly.
6.Toss in the can of chow mein noodles and mix gently.
