2 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 lemon , juice of
1 garlic clove , crushed
1 teaspoon dried mint
salt and pepper , to taste
2 -3 tablespoons pine nuts , toasted
2 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped

Instructions

1.Start by making the tomato sauce. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.

4.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

6.In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dried mint, salt, and pepper.
7.Heat the pine nuts in a skillet over medium heat. Keep stirring until they are lightly toasted.
8.Assemble the yogurtlu kebab by placing a generous spoonful of tomato sauce in the bottom of a serving plate.
9.Top the sauce with the kofta meatballs and spoon some more tomato sauce over.
10.Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the meatballs and then top with the crispy pita strips, toasted pine nuts, and chopped parsley.
