Ingredients

1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds , plus
Urad Dal , for seasoning
1 teaspoon green chili pepper , finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 g grated yellow pumpkin
200 g beaten fresh curds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed , powder ( Jeera powder )
1 teaspoon curry leaf , for garnishing

Instructions

1.In a pan, heat oil on medium heat.
2.Add mustard seed and Urad Dal. Let them crackle.
3.Add green chili pepper and salt, and then mix well.
4.Add grated yellow pumpkin and mix well with the seasoning.
5.Keep stirring until pumpkin becomes translucent and soft. Take the pan off the heat.
6.Beat fresh curds and add cumin powder in them. Mix them well.
7.Add pumpkin mixture with curds and mix well.
8.Garnish with curry leaves. Serve chilled.
