Ingredients

1 small onion , chopped
1 sweet red pepper , sliced
4 medium mushrooms , sliced
1/2 head bok choy , sliced
1/2 cup green peas , frozen
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts , drained & rinsed
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
6 ounces japanese noodles

Instructions

1.Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
2.In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.

4.Add the mushrooms, bok choy and green peas to the wok or skillet and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
5.Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the wok or skillet, continue stirring for another 2-3 minutes.
6.Add the noodles and mix all ingredients well. Remove from heat.
7.Plate and serve the delicious Yakisoba dish topped with bean sprouts and water chestnuts as garnish.
