Ingredients

1 whole turkey , giblets removed
salt & freshly ground black pepper
6 garlic cloves , minced
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 lime , juice of
1 bottle champagne
2 cups water
2 bay leaves
2 large onions , sliced
1/2 cup scallion , chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley , chopped
8 slices bacon

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

8.Roast turkey in preheated oven for 3 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the turkey reaches 165 degrees F.
