1 large uncooked yellow onion , sliced 1/4 inch thick separated into rings

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
3.Place crushed cornflakes in a shallow bowl and set aside.
4.Combine egg white and milk in a separate shallow bowl and whisk together.
5.In another shallow bowl, combine flour, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
6.Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally into the cornflakes, pressing to coat.
7.Place on prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
8.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
