Instructions

1.In a saucepan, over high heat, mix the butter, salt, and water, until the butter is melted, bring to a boil.
2.Add the flour and stir it with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds, being careful to not let it burn.
3.Remove from heat, and add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Ensure the dough is smooth and well mixed.
4.Heat the vegetable oil in a separate saucepan over medium-high heat.
5.Using a piping bag, pipe the dough into the hot oil, making sure to cut it off at the desired length using scissors.
6.Fry the churros for around two minutes per side, until they are golden-brown, before removing them from the oil.
7.Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a plate. Roll the churros in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat them fully before serving.
