1/2 on demiglace meat sauce dissolved in half cup cold water ( Knorr )
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sesame
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

1.Heat the wok over high heat with 2 tablespoons of butter.
2.Add chopped mushroom, stir for 1 minute.
3.Add onion and stir for 1 minute.
4.Add red bell pepper strips and stir for 30 seconds.
5.Push vegetables to the side of wok, add another 2 tablespoons of butter, and then add the beef liver strips. Stir until beef livers change color and cook through.
6.Pour the demiglace meat sauce over the beef liver stir-fry.
7.Add salt to the stir-fry.
8.Add soy sauce and sesame seeds and stir-fry for 1 minute.
9.Garnish with coriander and serve hot with cooked white rice.
