3 celery ribs , cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups low sodium beef broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf

Instructions

5.Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 1 hour or until the beef and vegetables are tender. Discard the bay leaf.
