1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can taco sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies ( small )
1/4 cup water
12 corn tortillas , torn in pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cheddar cheese , grated
Wilma's Mexican Casserole is a flavorful and comforting dish that is perfect for any occasion. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Add in the chopped onion and cook until soft.
3.Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, taco sauce, enchilada sauce, green chilies, and water. Mix to combine.
4.In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the torn corn tortillas. Pour the beef mixture over the tortillas.
5.Sprinkle salt on top and spread the grated cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
6.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
7.Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
