75 ml olive oil
1 onion , finely sliced
field mushroom
seasoning
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1/2 ounce butter
3 ounces mature cheddar cheese , grated
1/2 teaspoon coarse grain mustard
1/2 egg , beaten

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180c.

7.Top each mushroom with the cheese mixture.
8.Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
