1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 ounce lard
1 ounce butter
boiling water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Mix the oatmeal, brown rice flour, bicarbonate of soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
