Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large pan, then cook the onions and garlic until lightly browned.
2.Add the ground beef and cook it until browned.
3.Add canned tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano, basil, parsley, and mixed mushrooms. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
4.In a separate pan, melt the butter then add the gluten-free flour and cook for 1 minute while constantly stirring it.

8.Pour the Bolognese sauce over the pasta, then spoon the cheese sauce over the top of the bolognese.
