Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
50 g butter
1/2 cup fruit yogurt
milk

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 220 C.
2.In a large bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
3.Cut in butter until the mixture is crumbly, then add fruit yogurt and mix well.
4.Add milk as needed, and mix until the dough is soft but not sticky.
5.Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, and knead gently for 1-2 minutes.
6.Divide the dough into 8 pieces and pat each piece into a circle.
7.Place the scones on a greased baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
