flat leaf parsley , chopped
1 pinch lemon zest
1 lb linguine ( or whatever pasta you like )
1/2 cup milk
2 cups ricotta cheese ( at room temperature )
1/4 cup grated parmigiano or 1/4 cup pecorino romano cheese
salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions

5.In a separate bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese, grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese, and milk until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6.Return the pasta to the pan and add the ricotta mixture. Toss until the pasta is well coated. Add extra pasta water, if the pasta looks too dry. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve White Pasta With Garlic Parmigiano Breadcrumbs in individual bowls and top it up with the toasted breadcrumbs and additional Parmigiano cheese.
