White Gazpacho (Gazpacho Blanco) is a traditional Spanish cold soup that originates from the southern region of Andalusia. Unlike the red gazpacho, which is made from tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, white gazpacho is made from almonds and white bread, making it a rich and creamy soup without the use of dairy. Its refreshing taste makes it perfect for a hot summer day, and it's often served as a starter in Spanish cuisine. The garnish of white grapes gives it a burst of sweet and juicy flavor, which complements the smooth and creamy soup perfectly.
