Ingredients

440 g caster sugar
375 ml heavy cream
125 g white chocolate , broken up
2 tablespoons liquid glucose
30 g butter
1/2 cup shelled pistachio nut , roughly chopped

Instructions

1.Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking parchment.

5.Stir in the pistachios and pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin.
6.Leave to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
