160 ml milk
140 g caster sugar
2 tablespoons boiling water
3 teaspoons gelatin powder
200 ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
60 g white sugar

Instructions

6.Pour the mixture into 8-10 ramekin cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
7.In a small saucepan, add the freshly brewed espresso coffee and white sugar, and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
8.Allow the coffee syrup to cool.
9.Once the white-chocolate panna cotta is set, remove from the refrigerator, and gently loosen the edges with a knife.
10.Invert the ramekin cups onto plates and pour a generous amount of coffee syrup over each panna cotta cup.
