1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
3/4 cup half-and-half
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg , lightly beaten

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together the biscuit and baking mix and sugar.
3.Stir in the chocolate and macadamia nuts until evenly distributed.
4.In another bowl, whisk together the half-and-half, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
5.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
6.Divide the mixture evenly in the muffin cups and bake for about 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
