125 g unsalted butter , chopped
240 g white chocolate , chopped
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 eggs , lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup plain flour
1/2 cup self-raising flour
240 g white chocolate , chopped , extra chocolate to stir into chocolate butter mix
3 cherry ripe candy bars
powdered sugar icing , to decorate

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 160C (fan-forced) and line a rectangular baking pan with baking paper.
2.In a bowl, place butter and 240g of chopped white chocolate. Place over a pan of water on low heat until melted. Remove from heat.
3.Add caster sugar and stir. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla extract. Mix well.
4.Fold in flours and remaining 240g of white chocolate and chopped cherry ripe candy bars.
5.Pour mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow cooling.
6.Drizzle powdered sugar icing over the brownie. Cut into your desired sizes.
