Ingredients

6 tablespoons coriander seeds
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
2 teaspoons turmeric ( optional )
1/2 teaspoon ground habanero chile pepper ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a dry skillet, toast the coriander, fenugreek, fennel, mustard, and cumin seeds over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted.
