4 small plum tomatoes , sliced 1/3 inch thick

1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 slices whole wheat bread
3 tablespoons olive oil or 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Place the sliced tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with kosher salt.

4.In a medium saucepan, melt the cheese over medium heat.
