4 large veal chops , boned
2 eggs , beaten
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup breadcrumbs ( plain or Italian )
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon powdered thyme
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons olive oil
4 lemon wedges
4 parsley sprigs

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°F.
2.Place each chops between two sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 inch thick with a meat mallet.
