Instructions

1.Trim ends off green beans and cook in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
2.Peel and dice the mango, dice the red bell pepper, and thinly slice the red onion.
3.In a small bowl, mix together cilantro, fish sauce, lime juice, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, minced garlic, lemongrass paste, and hot sauce.
4.In a large mixing bowl, toss together green beans, mango, red bell pepper, and red onion.
