1 cup flour
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup sugar

125 g butter , melted
200 g sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 tablespoons golden syrup

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 30 x 20 cm slice tin.
2.In a bowl, mix together the broken up Weet-Bix, flour, coconut, sugar and baking powder. Add in the melted butter and stir until well combined.
3.Press the mixture evenly into the prepared slice tin and bake for 15 minutes.
4.While the base is cooking, prepare the topping by heating the sweetened condensed milk, butter and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens slightly, then pour it over the cooked base.
5.Bake for a further 15 minutes, then allow to cool before spreading chocolate icing over the top.
