Ingredients

10 eggs
2 1/2 cups thick coconut milk
1 lb jaggery
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
2 cups chopped cashews

Instructions

1.Whisk eggs in a large mixing bowl until well beaten.

3.Add 1 1/2 cups of the chopped cashews to the mixture and stir gently.
4.Pour the mixture into a heat-resistant shallow dish.
5.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and steam the mixture for 45-50 minutes over medium heat.
6.After 50 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining cashews over the top of the dessert.
7.Bake the dish in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C) until the cashews are golden brown.
