Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs stewing beef
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour , seasoned with salt and pepper
1 tablespoon oil
2/3 cup beef broth or 2/3 cup red wine
6 potatoes , diced
4 carrots , diced
2 medium onions , quartered
12 ounces tomatoes
4 ounces mushrooms , quartered
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped
salt and black pepper

Instructions
